- Minimum of 3-year experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury spa setting
- Excellent English and Japanese is required, other languages such as Korean will be a plus
- Dynamic with an outgoing attitude, communicative, and pro-active with a passion for luxury spa business
- Excellent communication skills and being able to adapt to the local culture
- Patience, professionalism, and resistance to pressure
- Creative, organized, quality orientated, flexible personality
- Ensures efficient and effective management of the marketing / sales towards attainment of overall Moc Huong Spa’s objectives and operational goals
- Set individual goals and establishes standards of performance
- Solicits sales personally on selected tour operator accounts to increase business and support good customer relations
- Interprets HCMC market research data
- Ensures that current, accurate and relevant marketing/sales management data are readily available to support and document decision-making processes
Plan, direct and evaluate sales and marketing activities at the spa to include direct sales, surveys, guests feedbacks and manage in concert with the Owner all public relations and advertising efforts to maximize profit potential and enhance Moc Huong Spa’s image.
*Optional requirements:
- Develop strategies for forecasting and analyzing marketing/ sales.
- Identify the need for timely adjustment of marketing plans and priorities to meet changing economic and competitive conditions.
- Direct the development of effective public relations, advertising and promotional campaigns utilizing a variety of media resources to support Moc Huong Spa in reaching its states objectives.
- Develop and execute marketing plan to provide direction and a specific plan of action.
- Develop new and/or improved products to improve conpetitive position and maximize profitablitity.
- Promoted marketing awareness and communicate marketing objectives to support achievement of plan and sales goals.
- Plans, manages and evaluates the financial operations of Marketing / Sales to ensure cost effectiveness and optimum utilization of resources
