Reported to sales director and coordinate with product development manager

In charge for sales and marketing activities of Japanese segment

Provide information, price and maintain relationship

Prepare & translate materials in Japanese

Work with IT team to develop website and product in Japanese

Handle big group, series and important clients from Japan

Arrange press trip, fam trip and pr activities in Japanese

On board (approx 20% of the time

Report to cm

Customer service, Welcome guests. Brief on the program and service. Guiding service

Event handling. Post cruise follow up. Up sell product and service

Handle inspection

Training of staffs

Advise of food, products, service…fitted to Japanese market

Visit clients (Hanoi – Saigon – Japan): 10%
