- Education: College / University, major in Economics, Logistics / Supply Chain.

- Understanding of logistics, e-commerce and retail

- Skilled leadership, construction and teamwork.

- Experience of 3 years working in the same position.

Job description

- Find and develop new Customer, ensure in order to complete assigned tasks on time.

-Market research, competitor research, analysis of the number of leads and demand.

- Construct and propose diversified new transportation service packages for new and old routes.

- Proposing solutions to improve services for each service / each route.

- Develop and implement a marketing plan, build relationships with customers and partners.

- Building and managing service quality.

- Managing and developing business staff.
