Required skills & experience:

-  strong pattern making and technical knowledge

-  excellent coordination between all aspects of collection process

-  proven past experience in similar position preferred

-  must work independently & add creative contribution to the job.

-  highly skilled in hand-drawing & hand-craft is an advantage

-  good understanding and have been familiar in working with Graphic /  Design  software (Photoshop, Illustrators, Corel …)

Main responsibilities:

-  in charge w/ creative director of designing and organizing the full collection  process: identifying seasonal trends / sketching / selecting seasonal details &  embellishment / colors / materials / coll. merchandising / storyboard and looks

-  direct pattern making, fittings and adjustments, follow-up prototypes withDesign/Technical dept

-  work with Merchandiser team on designing works for Private label clients

-  work with Retail team on creation of new products / collections for Retail purposes

-  work with Photo studio on supporting Retail team on Marketing-PR programs

(fashion shows, magazines, digital marketing…)
