1. Degree - Graduating from University with major technique, quality control or relating major

- Excellent at Microsoft Office/ Good communication in English and Japanese (Ideally. If the candidate is Vietnamese, he/she must possess at least N2 level Japanese command)

2. Working experiences:

- Having from 5 years- experience and above in quality control field, at least 3 year experience in undertaking equal managing position.

3. Other requirements:

- Japanese, Male, 35 years old, have good health (Vietnamese candidate also can apply)

- Excellent professional knowledge about control & technique

- Good skill in communicating with customers

- Excellent knowledge about ISO,  other relating standards, rules.

Job Description
Carrying out works relating with QC dept’s personnel management, taking responsibility to maintain, improve and ensure quality to meet customers’ requirement and engagement of BoD (Board of Director).

MAIN DUTIES:
- Making plan, controlling general work of department.
- Issuing guidelines, targets and instructing them for subordinates.
- Solving matters relating with product quality of QC dept internal and all factory
- Collecting all quality relating data, making summary reports to handover BoD
- Investing and proposing methods to improve quality system
- Supervising, training and managing QC dept’s employees
- Guiding to do 3Q5S
- Together operating ISO system
- Doing other works assigned by superior
- Being connector about dealing quality information between company and customers.

 

If the candidate is Vietnamese, he/she must possess at least N2 level Japanese command besides business-level English
