• Overall manage QA department to Ensure the quality of products from input to output (whole process) including raw materials, finished goods, erection work to promote customers satisfaction
• Build up, maintain and develop Quality Policy, quality planning methods for the whole company.
• Develop, implement, manage and integrate a QA system for manufacturing plants.
• Design, deploy and implement  process control, process improvement, testing and inspection
• Lead, deploy and implement  products continuous improvement projects 
• Organize and manage the internal and external Audit of company each year 
• Perform root-cause analysis and other problem solving activities to identify problems, give solution, effective corrective actions and process improvements. 
• Report to management on quality issues, trends and losses. 
• Provide training for staff related to QA, QC, products improvement
