- Report to the General Manager; direct the hotel Sales development and solicitation in national, regional, corporate, and leisure markets.
- Develop and execute the Sales plans for hotels and all direct reports.
- Direct the activities and manage the performance of the Hotels’ sales teams.
- Supervise the quality and standard of all sales promotional ads, direct sales & marketing campaigns
- Achieve established production goals (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Be responsible for forecasting, monitoring and report demand to the Management and to Accor Sales & Revenue Solutions Department.
- Draft the annual sales and marketing plan.
- Establish sales call quotas for all team members responsible for direct sales solicitation.
- Continually evaluate sales performance.
